Schedule a Pickup
Due to the weight of our steel products, we will coordinate a freight carrier pickup at your location; please ensure a representative is present to sign the bill of lading.
Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the unit for damage and verifies its condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
